These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the i8999 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By accessing the i8999 website, creating an account, or using the services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.

• The account may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party.

• Only one account per person is permitted — creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all accounts being closed.

Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

i8999 follows a strict policy against underage gambling. At any stage of account registration, we may request a National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identity documents.

i8999 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete. If it is found that the account holder is under 21 years of age:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.
• No transactions from the underage account will be processed.

The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals on i8999:

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until identity verification is complete.

Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at i8999 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to these terms.

Welcome Bonus

• 100% match bonus on first deposit up to ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳47,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement is 15x (on the bonus amount only).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Withdrawing from your balance while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• i8999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• A bonus applies only to the account through which it was earned.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through fraudulent activity will result in account closure.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to participation in sports betting, live casino, and slots games on the i8999 platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it was placed incorrectly due to a technical error on the platform.
• If the outcome of a bet is affected by a technical error or disconnection, i8999 will make a decision through a proper investigation.
• The rules of the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, etc.) will apply to that respective game.
• i8999 reserves the right to review bets if suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring fair play.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final unless a technical error is proven.
